Get started with your free cleaning plan

1. Choose your template

To get started, you must choose a template as a base for your cleaning plan. You can choose between the following templates:

  1. Frequency plan
  2. Area plan
  3. Weekly plan
  4. Empty template

The templates have a different structure - we recommend that you find the template that makes most sense for you and your workflow.

2. Customize your cleaning plan

Next you can customize your cleaning plan by adding rows and columns. Edit the tasks and their icons by clicking on them. By pressing the dotted area to the left and dragging up or down, you can rearrange the order of the rows.

3. Print/Save your cleaning plan

When the cleaning plan is customized and finished, you can choose to print and save the plan by clicking on "Print". Once you have entered your e-mail address and clicked “Print”, a print-ready version of the cleaning plan will open. You will also receive a link to the cleaning plan via e-mail, so you can update and print the cleaning plan at any time.

Difficulties opening the cleaning plan?

To open your finished cleaning plan, you need to have a PDF reader on your computer, tablet or mobile. If you have trouble opening your cleaning plan, we recommend the free application Adobe Reader, which you can download here.
